Book the appointment before you hang up.

See who's genuinely free (across everyone's real calendars) and lock the arrival window right on the call, tied to the job from the first minute.

What it does

Availability and appointments, where the work lives.

Real availability, booking from the intake call, and calendar sync. Not a whiteboard, a personal calendar, and a text thread.

  • Set operating hours and per-person availability
  • Blend in real Google and Microsoft calendar free/busy
  • Book the arrival window right on the intake call
  • Appointments push to Google and Microsoft calendars
  • Optional customer calendar invite by email (ICS)
  • Optional customer booking SMS
Capabilities

Inside scheduling.

The things that make the arrival window real, and what they connect to.

Real availability

See who is genuinely free.

Set your team's operating hours and per-person availability, and Relay layers in their actual Google and Microsoft calendar free/busy, so "who's open at 2pm" is a real answer, not a guess off a whiteboard.

  • Operating hours and per-person availability
  • Live Google and Microsoft free/busy blended in
  • No double-booking the one tech with the right cert
Connects to Microsoft 365Where Outlook and Google Calendar free/busy comes from.
Book from intake

Lock the window on the call.

Relay ships guided-intake templates, a default restoration script and one built to SERVPRO corporate guidelines, so your CSRs ask the right questions in the right order, stay on-script, and book more of the calls that come in. The script closes on scheduling, so the arrival window is set before you hang up, then pushes the event to the assignee's calendar, with an optional email calendar invite or booking text to the customer.

  • Prebuilt restoration and SERVPRO templates, or build your own
  • Scheduling closes the script: window set on the call
  • Appointments push to calendars; optional customer invite or text
Connects to Guided IntakeWhere the appointment gets booked.
Built for restoration

Restoration scheduling isn't a shared calendar.

The things that make Relay's scheduling fit the way restoration dispatch actually works.

  • Intake that fits your playbook

A prebuilt guided-intake template, restoration or SERVPRO-aligned, keeps every call on-script, so fewer callers slip away and more turn into booked jobs.

  • Scheduling lives in three places

A whiteboard, someone's Google Calendar, and a text thread. Relay pulls availability and appointments into one place, attached to the job they belong to, so the whole team sees the same schedule.

  • Availability has to be real

Promising a window you can't hit is a missed first impression. Blending in real calendar free/busy means the window you quote is one you can keep.

  • The appointment belongs to the job

Booked from intake, tied to the job from the first minute, not a calendar entry disconnected from the work.

  • Everyone stays in sync

Appointments push to the assignee's calendar, with an optional invite or text to the customer, so no one is working off a stale copy.

Scheduling FAQ

Questions about scheduling.

More on the FAQ page.

Does it check real calendars?

Yes. Relay reads Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 calendar free/busy and blends it with your set availability, so what it shows as open is actually open.

Do the intake scripts come prebuilt?

Yes. Relay includes prebuilt guided-intake templates, a default restoration one and a SERVPRO-guidelines one, and you can customize either or build your own.

Can we book during the intake call?

Yes. The guided-intake script closes on a scheduling step, so the arrival window is set before the call ends.

Do customers get a calendar invite?

Only if you want them to. The customer calendar invite (by email) and the booking text (SMS) are both optional and configurable. Either way, the appointment always pushes to the assignee's calendar.

Is this a full crew-scheduling and routing engine?

It is an appointment and availability system that is actively expanding. Skill-based auto-matching, crew capacity planning, and route optimization are on the roadmap. We'll show you exactly what's live today in a demo.
