Who can see a board?

Can I see everything assigned to me?

Do cards get created from jobs automatically?

No. Workboards are freestanding boards you build for any work. They're a flexible task-tracking space, not an auto-generated view of your jobs (that's the Jobs board inside the Jobs module).
