How much does Relay cost?
Relay costs $999 a month per company, billed monthly, with every module included and no per-user fees beyond 10 Expenses members ($5 a month each after that). Phone lines are $9.99 a month each. Call minutes, texts, AI Receptionist minutes and storage come with monthly allowances, and you can add more in blocks.
Are there per-user fees?
Only for Expenses. Relay is one monthly price per company, so you can add your whole team. Expenses includes 10 members (anyone who submits or approves expenses), then $5 a month for each additional member. A few things are priced by usage: phone lines, extra minutes, texts and storage, and Google review monitoring, which is $20 a month for up to 4 locations, then $5 for each additional location.
How do phone lines, minutes and texts work?
Each phone line is $9.99 a month and adds 200 call minutes and 100 texts to a pool your whole company shares. When the pool runs out, Relay adds a block automatically and puts it on your next bill: 500 call minutes for $25, or 1,000 texts for $25. Blocks you don't use carry over to the next month. A text longer than 160 characters counts as more than one, and a picture message counts as three. You can turn automatic top-ups off or set a monthly cap on the Billing page.
How is the AI Receptionist billed?
Your plan includes 90 AI Receptionist minutes a month. Only the time the AI is on the call counts: if it transfers a caller to your team, the rest of the call uses regular call minutes. More AI minutes are $50 for 200, added automatically when you run out unless you turn that off.
Is there a storage limit?
Each company gets 100 GB for job photos, documents, call recordings and other files, which is far more than most restoration companies use. If you go over, extra storage is $10 a month for each additional 100 GB.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes. If you only need a few modules, or you run multiple offices or franchises, talk to us and we will put together a plan around the way you work.
Can you run our Google Ads for us?
